AN UNHEARD HYMN

AN UNHEARD HYMN

I might be a lord, I might be a farmer,

I might be a person living farther,

You’ll find a heart beating for my motherland,

Might not be so handsome, but lend someone hand.

Indian i was born so will depart with glee,

I’ll raise up my voice

When my country calls me.

Fought up with only one thing in their minds,

to come home as martyrs to mothers and proud wives,,

had nothing but bullet wounds and a tricolor around

two mothers had trade, and other one just got crowned.

He says, I’ll sleep safe and sound in the  tranquil lap of thee

I’ll raise up my voice when my country calls me.
